I replaced the battery, the alternator and the alternator wires, but It's still not charging at all. It starts and runs fine, but none of the accessories work, or brake lights, tail lights, turn signals, windows, blower, instrument panel, etc. The headlights an wipers do work.

How do you know it is not charging? Have you performed a test as attached or just because those items are not working you are assuming it is not charging?

Let's perform this test and go from there. Thanks

I had it checked by the NAPA auto parts technician and he said it's not charging at all. I pulled the alternator out and had it checked and it was working fine, but after I installed it again, it still shows no charge on his test equipment. I checked all the connectors and the fuses that I could find.

Okay. When you turn the ignition to the on position does the charge lamp come on?

No, because the instrument panel isn't working either. All of the fuses under the dash look good.

Okay. Then assume it does and run through this test and let me know what you get on each step. Thanks
