Does not crank after replacing brake booster and battery

My brake booster was just replaced and I got a brand new battery. when I turn my key to start the car there's no cranking. All the lights on the dashboard comes on. Would it be my run/crank fuse? I tried jumping my car it doesn't work.

This could be a problem with the starter solenoid. I have included a link for you to go to down below.

I don't have a tester, I was hoping it's my run/crank fuse I was about to buy and please to see if that's the case. If it's my solenoid what would I have to do?
