Possible parasitic battery drain

I believe it's a parasitic battery drain. After many tests the only fuses that remain hot with the ignition off are the fuses 29 and 33 in the engine compartment. And on the glovebox fuse block it's the fuse for cluster battery. Also, on the inside the fuse for pcm/passkey/cluster is hot on both sides with the fuse pulled.
