we only have a picture of the rear quarter window glass nothing on it being powered, but if you hear clicking check for a broken regulator or motor. you will have to remove the rear interior quarter to see it.

The windows are powered. I was able to find an electrical schematic and jumping over to either open or close do not work. Cannot believe both motors gave out at the same time.

If both windows are acting the same remove the vent window switch, and find the pink wire, the brown wire and the brown wire with a yellow stripe in the switch connector. These are the control wires for the windows. Use a simple test light and connect one side of the light to ground.
Now with the key on probe the pink wire first. The light should come on as that is the power feed to the switch.
Next probe the brown wire with the switch in the close position and then the brown with yellow wire with the switch in the open position.
If you get a light in each test then the switch is okay. If you do not the switch is bad. Basically there are two relays in the switch that simply switch the power direction to open/close the windows.

If you get a light in all tests then the issue is farther back in the wiring to the windows. There are two connections in the rear on the right side behind the trim panel. That is the point that the wires from both window motors join up and connect to the single wires that go to the switch.

If you get a light in the open position but not closed, and you just want the windows closed until you can repair it, You could take two wires and connect one to ground and one to battery positive and touch the ground to the brown with yellow stripe wire and the power feed to the brown wire and the windows should close.

Thanks. I already tried jump pink to brown and brown/yellow with no result. So I guess I'm heading to the back and check things out there. Not good at pulling interior apart.

Did you connect a ground to one side when you jumped the pink wire to the other? Just adding power to one side won't turn the motors.

Rear trim is always fun, but at least it isn't like some of the high end German cars where the removal of the trim for the radio says to remove the rear window trim first !

Ok. I got it figured out thanks to your schematic and re-emphasizing the ground cuz wasn't making up the ground with switch unplugged. Thanks again
