No crank and transmission gear selector flashing?

It sounds that you might have a fault code stored in the transmission system due to the gear selector light flashing on the dash. It could also be the neutral safety switch on the transmission. The best thing for you to do is have a CAN scan- Controller Area Network performed to determine what fault codes are stored in your vehicle's computer.
