Nothing electrical works and all my warnings lights are on and stay on

Plus my power windows, power door locks, trunk release, automatic lights and radio do not work. I checked fuses and they are good. I checked fuses w light meter and a row of fuses aren't lighting up. Do i have a bad connection somewhere? How do i find where that is?

Which row of fuses? Can you upload a picture of the fuses that are not powered?

Did you check the fuses with the key in the on position?

I attached a diagram for you to view. There are 2 fusible links that are at the starter that feed the fuse boxes. Check them for being broken.
