Sorry for the delay in getting to your question. We were inundated with questions, so it took a little to get to yours. Again, I apologize for the delay. The answer is yes. The problem could be Ground #201, which is located in your vehicle's right kick panel. Please check this ground and make sure that it is clean, tight, corrosion free, and making good metal to metal contact, and then get back to us with what you are able to find out. I have included a Ground Distribution Wiring Diagram in the diagrams down below for your reference.
