No power to windows wipers, radio, trunk opener or fuel pump or hazards. Check all fuses and they are good. Also checked relays and they are fine also.

Hello,

See if there is power at fuse #3 if not it sounds like you have a fusible link that is out. Here is a guide and the wiring diagrams to help you confirm the issue:

Did not help in curing the problem.Car has no power to anything. All fuses seem to be good.
