Had wrong battery put on from Walmart. Blew main fuses and replaced fuses plus put back correct battery. Runs great now but right parking lights don't work. No fuse is out and light bulbs were good but have not checked a second time. Left turn signal is on when lights are turned on in manual and radio blinks when right side turn signal is used when lights are off auto mode. Right side parking lights and rear do not work. I am thinking of trying another relay switch and checking the front light bulb which is inoperable the back parking light is again not working either. Your thoughts?

Hello,

There is a taillight relay we need to check and the light fail sensor they had problems with. Here is a guide to help you check the relay with the sensor and relay locations with the wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-an-electrical-relay-and-wiring-control-circuit

Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.

It wasnt the turn signal relay but there is a brake failure relay under panels in the left rear trunk area and a couple points on the circuit board were dark. I will be looking for another one. I may try different turn signal lever i found on another wrecked one.

I have seen the tail light sensors go out in these cars. I would replace it to see what happens or use the guides and wiring diagrams about to confirm the power failure. Please let me know.

You replaced the brake light sensor near the trunk? Did you check the taillight relay?

Yes, i replaced the turn signal relay under steering wheel too. Also just now replaced the turn signal lever and put the old brake light box back in the trunk. Now the brake lights work, still no tail lights with no right side front or back working. But the left side turn signal is off now which tells you if a light bulb is out. All bulbs look good, fuses also. Weird

This sounds like a bad ground. lets use a test light and follow this guide:

Please run down this guide and report back.

Bought two more brake light modules from salvage yard. Checked all fuses to make sure the had power with test light and they did. First brake light module box had no rear parking lights lights working. Second one has everything working but right side parking lights front and back but at least have night time rear lights and left rear turn signal blinks left and right rear light slightly. So i am back to original problem. Got to be wiring somewhere.
