Electrical issues after installing new radio

Installed new radio truck ran and was fun shut it off and now it will not start. just clicks there is no power. Lights go on, dash lights up, everything else runs but it will not start. Batteries are good started fuses everything is great but the truck will not start since the new radio was installed other than the night it was put in has not worked since then and I did have it running after my radio was installed. This started twenty four hours after the radio was installed help me what could it be.
