Electrical issues?

Having a issue with stereo light stay on with no key in ignition, windows roll down with no key in ignition. Speedometer drops to 0 mph then shoots up to current speed.

this sounds like the battery saver relay is stuck on. To be sure let's use this guide with the relay location in the diagrams below:

Battery Saver Relay Behind left side of dash, on junction box fuse/relay panel. Check out the diagrams (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.
