washer motor not working

i cover daylight sensor lights work at start but radio light dims.
All new bulbs in front end of car, cleaned grounds, blinkers started acting up first then passenger high beam went. so I cleaned grounds and replaced front bulbs, cannot afford bulbs for back yet. Push the washer button nothing happens, turn wipers on push button when wipers stop they go again. any advice will be greatly welcomed.

It looks like you have two different problems. we will handle the wiper issue on this post please start a new post of the blinker issue.

Lets start by checking for power at the wiper fuse. here is a guide and the wiper wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works:

Fuses new, power to fuse good. if washer motor is bad could that cause problems? if so can i unhook it or is it used to complete another circuit?

Yes, you can disconnect the motor and use this guide to check for power and ground of the circuit.

No i am trying to figure out daylight sensor. does the daylight sensor control anything besides the headlights? and is it okay to cover it with tape?

Washer pump no good, if i leave it unplugged will that stop anything else from working?
