Blower motor cluster lights and windows stopped working

With no other clues, observations, or test results to analyze, the best suspect is a bad ignition switch. I would start by inspecting its connector terminals to see if two are black, and the connector body is melted. If you find that, the switch must be replaced, and I will describe how to handle the terminals.

Do not overlook a blown fuse feeding that circuit. The potential clue that the cause is not a fuse is if the problem started out being intermittent. A fuse will not fix itself and work some times and not others.
