jumped backwards

This car was jump started but the person reversed cables and now it will not turn over. I am thinking about buying it but I dont know if there is maybe a fuse I could check or is the computer mod out. hope yor could help me out thanks million

check to see if power is on both sides of fusible links, if not then it's burnt out and needs replacing then a security reset maybe. if no manual for security look online on how to reset it.
