instrument panel not working

2000 manual sl not sl1. Replaced BCM because of no start issue. now new BCM and instrument panel doses nothing, still have hazards and lights but nothing else. I did notice d1 on fuse box at passenger feet.

Oh, brand new starter battery and cables but Id fuse was blown.

Can you confirm what fuse this is that is burned? Is it on the IP fuse block behind the center of the dash? If so, it could be the BCM fuse which would make sense why both are not operating.

I attached the info below on this fuse block and circuit. Please let us know what you find with this. Thanks
