no headlights, no interior lights, no dash lights?

I removed a 24-inch front tire from a Cadillac Deville. Ever since then no electrical components work except the radio. Before I changed the tire everything was working fine. I mean like no headlights, no interior lights, no dash lights and no A/C. Like I said before I changed the tire everything was working fine.

Did you jack the car up or use a car lift? Chances are one of the grounds for the electrical system has come off or there is a bad connection. I would check the two main system ground locations which I have included in the images below. Please let us know what happens.
