Electric fault light on

Pulled high voltage disconnect behind rear seat to work on vehicle. reinserted electric fault light on will not let car start.

I attached a picture of a c-max battery disconnect. If yours is like this one, they are very very very finicky and must be installed correctly or you'll have the very symptom you're experiencing.
