Code p141f93, Electric drive issue no start?

This is a 14 b-class electric drive, no start, 12v battery was close to sead so installed a new ine and all lights on dash okay. The only code i can pull is p141f93, am sure very few people have these cars or worked on them but worth a shot.

Well, the service info I can find basically says nothing about that error, but hunting the web I found a few folks saying there is a software update for the system if there are transmission issues. I discovered that the pawl is controlled by a motor that can be tested using polarity reversal. They don't even list the error codes.
