They don't work, the car locks are frozen they click that's it I have one door that opens. what do i do?

Hi,
Did this happen all at once or did one at a time fail? I ask because it sounds like the actuator failed. Also, do you hear the clicking from the actuators that aren't working? Have you removed the door panels to inspect the linkage?
