The first thing to do is check the fuses here is a guide and the fuse locations in the images below, please check the fuses with the key on.

If the fuses are okay, I would get a rebuilt cluster. You can get a preprogrammed unit by searching Google or Ebay. Watch this video to see how to do the repair:
