EGR control solenoid valve code p1400 part 2

This does have a fuse. It is fuse 17 in the junction block. I attached the info for this fuse.

However, I also attached the testing that we need to run through to find out what the issue is. This requires the use of a voltage meter and here is a guide that will help with that.
