ECM re-flashed and immobilizer flashed

reinstalled and car still will not start, turns over nut will not start. removed ECM and had re-flashed still no crank.

immobilizer flashed twice as well.

Also replaced the ring/amplifier at top of new ignition key/cylinder.

What month/year from the door sticker was your vehicle produced? They have different troubleshooting guides for up to 01/03, 0103 - 08/03, and 08/03 and later. I have included a general description of the system in the diagrams down below for you.
