CRDI engine. No start issue.
ECM or PCM relay circuit open.

Where is location?

There are two different ECU relays from what I have found. Both are in the under hood relay box. However, when you say it will not start, how does it not start? Does it turn over but not start? Does not turn over at all? Will it at least fire on starting fluid?
