Where is the ECM/PCM located?

Attempting to check voltage on the ECM/PCM for the car listed above ES model. The vehicle does not start and has some codes relating to communications such as the U0100. I wanted to check voltage to make sure it does not have a bad ground, while I can locate the ECM I can’t find details on the PCM and did not know where it was located or if it was part of the ECM.
