What is the esitmated cost to reprogram an ECM

To answer your question No, you can only use the ECM programmed for your manual transmission car. You have to have all the options for your car reprogrammed/reflashed to your particular car. It's best to provide your VIN (vehicle identification number) when having that kind of work done. The last time I had an ECM reflashed here in the states (Florida,USA) it cost $200.00. If you are able to get the factory ECM number you can sometimes locate one at a wrecking/dismantling yard. I would suggest sticking with a manual transmission ECM to use as a replacement. Yes, The ECM will have a sticker on it with the part/model number. You might want to search the internet to find a company near you that can re-flash them.
