where is the ECM and where is the grounding location. car just keeps shutting off. i have a code reader and it said u1000 ECM fix grounding.

Hi,
The ECM is behind the glove box. See picture 1. If you look at pic 2, I attached a pinout of the ECM and highlighted the ground and location. It is a black wire which is grounded behind the right side of the dash.
