Where do I locate the ECM on the car listed above. If I replace it do I need to replace the key or get it re programmed?

Hello.
It's behind the glove box in the dashboard. I've attached 2 pictures of it's description and location. It's labeled as letter M. Yes, whenever you purchase a new or used ECM it has to be programmed to your specific vehicle.Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.
