1996 Eagle Vision why does my car still shake???!!!New Mom

Is it a front end (suspension) vibration or is the engine misfiring? If they did the outer tie rods , the inners may be bad as well (inner sockets) Does the steering wheel move back and forth? if so you may have warped rotors

shakes as speeding up i believe that all other parts were checked by sears auto repair mechanic. but my personal mechanic said the rack shakes a little bit, and it starts to shake as i accelerate. but does not backfire vibration did get quite better with other parts fixed but still starts to shake as speeding up to 35/45 mph!!!! please help!!!! steph ps seems like all of the font of the car vibrates then shakes!!!! steering just vibrates with the rest of the car as accellerating. the faster i go the more it shakes!!!inner tire rod chasses and outer tire rods done!!

could be the rack or rack bushings if all other things have been checked.
