Rough Idle and Electrical Flickers

I have a 1995 Chrysler Eagle Talon and over the past several days, this problem has gotten worse. Symptoms: while idling at a stop light etc. my car sporadically begins to idle dangerously low (200-100 rpm’s) however it has not yet stalled. Also, while driving, the rpm gauge will sometimes drop 1 or 2 hundred rpm’s. The power flickers and my stereo shuts off completely then turns on again while I am driving or stopped.
Battery connections are fine as well as the spark plugs and cables. Someone please help soon!
