My 1995 Eagle Talon 4 cylinder non-turbo, with 155000+ miles (It was bought used a few weeks ago and this is the replacment engine he put in it after the original overheated) is having a very hard time starting up and when it finally starts it does not want to stay running.
We bought new plugs, wires, and a self-diagnostics tool. The Self-diagnostics told us the cam position sensor was bad and there was a wiring fault on injector 3. We changed out the plugs, wires and sensor and no difference aside from now it pours smoke from the exhasut and the self-diagnostic isn't telling us about the wiring fault.
My dad is at a loss, and I'm not literate enough about cars to even try and help.
