1996 Eagle Talon Automatic 107000 miles

Hi my name is chris I saw an ad yesterday for a 96 talon from an impound dealer that wont start and has spark plugs that are full of oil and Iwant to know whats the problem and possibly the fix.

If the oil is inside the cylinder could mean valves/rings/cylinder wear it needs overhauling-outside the cylinder could be the valve cover gasket
