Engine problem

Just recently I bought throttle body cleaner and used it, after I used it my engine idles high, as im coming to a stop and push my clutch in my engine idles back up to about 1 and a half rpms and stays that way til after im sitting in one spot for a bit. Is something sticking, is it possible that I got cleaner on the throttle position sensor and messed it up???? Any suggestions would be great, thanks.
