Engine Mechanical problem
1993 Eagle Talon 4cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

1.8 Liter engine. The timing belt 'A' stripped, upon removal of timing belt, the stripped area (2 inches) was at the crankshaft. Timing belt 'B' is in good condition. The camshaft can not be rotated, which needs to be moved to aline timing marks. I have not used Exteme force.
I am concern something further is a problem, I have replaced the timing belt before yet feel something is ah...problem. First: is not the camshaft to be movable? Second: Maybe something froze, a bearing, ??? Please help.

Fee fie foe fum; your bill will be a mighty sum!

Bent valves are preventing the cam from turning. Remove the head and haul it to an engine machine shop.
