How does the 94 Eagle Summit wipers work? I hear the motor running but some where between the wiper motor and the blades something isn't working because the wipers aren't turning. So I know its not the fuse. I've never had any problems with my Eagle This all happened after an ice storm and I tried to turn the wipers on I thought I cleaned all the ice around the wipers but still nothing I turned the wipers on and then tried to manually move the wipers while they were still turned on.and they manually moved. Thank you
