The E4od light keeps flashing when driving, no codes, runs perfect. Has a rebuilt transmission and I have replaced/checked sensors, wiring, fuses, transmission fluid, and everything possible. Also the speedometer works intermittently, but I do not want to replace the gauge cluster unless I am sure it will help. What to do?

I can't tell from the image what that is or where it's located on the truck. I need more details, please.

So do you think it's a wire problem like others have suggested? Is this picture showing frayed wires?

Also, on a cold start, the speedo will come on for about a minute, then cut out at the same time as the E4OD knob starts flashing... and i will drive the 20 minutes to work with it continuous because the engine is warmed up.

if the EOD is flashing it should pull a code but it may need a mechanic's scanner to pick it up as a lot of auto parts ones can't because it's intermittent. the wires could be frayed but seems you have been checking this at other places as well. or it may be a converter problem or clutch isn't getting applied all the way something like that. if it was rebuilt recently then take it back to where it was done they are warrantied for certain mileage.
