Dual climate control a/c will not work

I cannot find the problem with my A/C unit. I have discovered that it is not the blower motor after purchasing a new one and there was still no power to the unit. I ran a self diagnostic test and it displayed a code 30. I am unable to even find code 30 anywhere, all of the dx code list jump from 29 to 31 for some reason. It is 90 degrees outside....help!!!! Thanks
