Solid green, solid grey, solid dark blue, solid brown, brown/white wires under dash. I sliced into grey wire and solid brown wire.. would these dtc codes have any connection?

Hi Bobby,

Attached are the diagrams and diag. It looks like you definitely have a wiring issue and they all point to the IPC. These wires that you cut into are all related to the IPC or underdash so I would say they could be a likely cause.

I would repair each wire and then retest. Clear the codes if you can and then drive it and see what comes back.

I didn't take a full picture above, however my dtc status for all codes states history. how can I remove the codes and do a drive cycle to see if it reappears? Chevrolet dealership explained to me history vs current.

Yeah. Basically, this is a stored code vs an active. Stored/history codes do not affect anything. They just remain in the system for information. You can clear them with a scan tool but most all will clear themselves after a certain number of drive cycles with no reoccurred issue.

I would not worry about the codes remaining in the system as long as everything is operating properly and no warning lights are on.
