I just bought this truck. I was checking things out. I came up with code P1345. The engine runs fine. No misses or misfires. How do I repair this problem? I was thinking just to replace crankshaft position sensor.

I attached the flowchart for you for the code. In most cases, it is the sensor but must be confirmed.
