Driver side Automatic sliding door will not open

Just bought it a week ago, the drivers side sliding door will not open automatic. Opens manually. Already tried resetting by pulling fuse, that did not work. When I pull the handle it beeps three times, also beeps three times when using switch on dash, but it will not open. When I manually close I did not completely close it and used the switch and could hear the motor pull it shut all the way. Regards, Joe
