DRL/low beams not working

The DRL will not turn on except for when my high beams are on. They will not turn on with just DRL switched on. I checked the fuses and they seem fine, my dad assured me they were not blown.

The DRL modules have a high failure rate. They are not a cheap item but they can be repaired if you are handy with a soldering iron.

You might want to look at this to see if it is something you wish to try.
