driver's seat stuck

You could have a bad motor, switch or relay.
First check the relay. It is located in the trunk in side the right hand side panel (see pictures below).

Inspect the relay for any corrosion or burn pin(s).
You can also test the relay.

If the relay is good then you will have to check to see if you are getting power to the switch and check the motor. But start with the relay.

where is the motor so I can check everything at once in case the relay is all good.

This car has motor control module as few motors for the seat.
I have attached the location for each of those.
Let me know if you have any questions.

So you are telling me that each function in the driver's seat has a motor. So maybe up to 10 motors per chair?

is there one relay for the seat functions of the car or are there multiple relays? Also, are there multiple motors or just one main motors?

There are 4 motors for the driver seat. I have attached the pictures for each ones location.
Since none are functional it is likely the relay.
The relay is located in the trunk (see picture below).

The fuse was checked and has power, replaced the relay and still nothing. What else could it be if not the 4 motors like you said. The last resort will be to check the motors for power. What do you think is the best solution?

Check the switch to see if it is getting power.

Now for argument sakes, if there is power in the switch, what could it be?

Then the next item to check would be the control module for the motors. They are located inside the seat as well. If you look at one of the answer to the top that has the motor locations also have module location.

is there a way to move the seat up manually?

Not sure about moving it manually, unless of course you take apart the rail and adjust it as necessary. Let me do some checking on that.

Well, for every electrical components there are tests that can be performed to verify if it is bad. Typically done by checking internal resistance. However Mercedes does not have those information available for us to use.
So if the issue is something else like a wiring issue then this won't fix the problem.
