The driver's seat will not move at all nor will the heated/cooling seating work?

Yes, in the rear fuse panel under the rear seat is a circuit breaker called MSM/LT FRT Breaker CB2 we need to check for power on both sides because it sounds like it is not working. This guide can help, and I have included the location of the circuit breaker in the images below as well:
