Driver side turn signals were working ok, then suddenly they stopped working. Passenger side signals always work. I tried moving the driver side bulbs back and front to right side, They work ok. The right side bulbs when moved to left side do not work at all. This issue happened every now and then. I open the hood when it was raining and after closing it the driver side turn sin gal stop working. I replace the who unit in steering colum, What I replace was the unit that controls turn signals left and right, hazards and wiper handle switch. It worked for a while then it stopped working again when I had the hood open and it rained, then after closing the hood it stopped working. But before that happened the engine was on then turn it off. When I tried to turn it on again I could hear a tick on computer on where the pedal are and the out side unit inside the drivers side fenders, which there is another part of the vehicle computer and there are some more fuses and relays.
