The up/down and front/back tilt of the seat bottom will not work. The motors are going but there is no movement. I had a mechanic replace the two sets of gears with brass ones and he says they still don't work. He doesn't know if he put the gears in wrong, but he swears he did it by the book. Is there something else at play here?
