Driver side parking light does not work

I put a new bulb in, another bulb after that and the amber running light above the fog lamp does not work, but the turn signal does.

if right side works, but not left then it may be either a broken wire leading to it or a bad ground or it could be inside the fuse box where it is getting no power the ground is on the upper tie bar near left hand head lamp so check that as well.
