Driver side headlights do not work

My truck listed above is a Silverad.
I had a bad connection on the driver side headlight so i was on the process of installing new pigtails when the red wire hit my bumper and now my driver side headlight and taillight do not work. I have checked what i think the manual is telling me the fuse and relay are. can someone confirm the relay and the fuse location please? i have checked both fuse boxes but not all fuses.

Hi and thanks for using 2CarPros.

First, which red wire touched? There shouldn't have been power to it if the key and lights were off, so I'm a bit confused.

Next, there are two different fuses for the left front headlight. One is for high beam and the other is the low beam. If you look at picture 1, it shows fuse 10 in the under hood fuse box as the left low beam. Picture 2 shows the high beam fuse for the same light.

Picture 3 is a complete list of all the fuses in the under hood fuse box and what they are for. I didn't know if you would be able to read it because of size, so that's why I included pictures 1 and 2.

Next, picture 4 shows relay location. The fuse you are interested in would be the one indicated as number 1. The number 2 is for a bigger engine. Next, pictures 5 and 6 show the wiring to each light and the relay it comes from. This is where I get confused. There are no red wires. There is a pink and white. Is that the one you are referring to?
