driver side blend door actuator not working properly

driver side always blows outside air. passenger side works perfectly.

this procedure is not clear how to replace that actuator part. I have 2015 MKZ hybrid, can you tell my step by step how to get to that part (with better pics) that would be more help full? thanks....
