Driver side air mix door actuator replacement

Hi,

There are a couple of things that will need to be removed. Here are the directions. The attached pics will correlate with the directions.

REMOVAL
Remove the instrument lower panel LH. Refer to Removal and Installation.
Remove the front floor connecting duct (LH). Refer to Exploded View.
Remove the screws (A) and the front foot duct (LH) (1).

Remove the air mix door motor (LH) screws.
Disconnect the harness connector from the air mix door motor (LH) and remove.
INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

REMOVAL
Release instrument side finisher (LH) (1) pawls using a suitable tool and remove.

Remove bolts (A) and fuel filler lid/hood lock release handle (1) from instrument lower panel LH.

Release instrument lower panel LH clips and pawls using a suitable tool.

Disconnect the harness connectors and aspirator hose.
Release gap hider and remove instrument lower panel LH.
If necessary, remove switch carrier. Refer to Exploded View.
INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
