Drivers' side A/C is much warmer than the passenger side A/C?

It says there is only one temperature control actuator, does your car have dual control? Here is the location of the actuators to make sure you have the correct one and the HVAC system wiring diagrams so you can see which wires to test and how the system works.

Hello Ken! Yes, I believe I have two then. The diagrams you listed say it’s on the passenger side however I replaced the blend door actuator that’s located on the driver side. The actuator I installed looked like this.

Yep, that looks like it, can you monitor the actuator when you work the controls to see if they move?

When I switched between hot and cold on the temp dial the actuator or the disk that it’s attached to did not move.

Okay, let's remove the actuator and try to move the blend door by hand to make it is not obstructed. Also, plug in the actuator and work the controls to confirm the actuator failure. Also, my info tells me there is only one temperature actuator so you may have the A/C system low on charge which can case this is as well here is a guide to help you go over the system also, I found additional images for the blend door actuator for temperature.

Thank you, I’ll try to put a recharge kit on my system tonight. So, is the actuator under my driver side for if I upgrade my temperature controller? Is the car only using the passenger side blend for right now then?

is uses the one actuator for both sides, can you please upload an images of the HVAC controller so I can see what kind it is?

Ken, you are a life saver. I live in AZ, so I really needed this resolved and you have been a great mentor in guiding me to the fix. However, with my industrial maintenance experience I seemed to skip right to the parts changing and skipped the easy steps. I checked the refrigerant, and it was low! Once I added the proper PSI the air blows ice cold. Thank you again for all your help and I will be telling everyone about this site and your help.
