Yep, here is the location of the driver's side blend door actuator which it looks like controls the temperature of the rear HVAC unit as well.

Removal and Installation - Air Mix Door Motor (Driver Side)

REMOVAL
Remove the center console side finisher (LH). Refer to Exploded View.
Remove the front foot duct (LH). Refer to Exploded View.
Remove the air mix door motor (driver side) screws.
Disconnect the harness connector from the air mix door motor (driver side) and remove the air mix door motor (driver side).

INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

Check out the images (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

Did you try to turn the pivot on the HVAC plenum by hand to see if anything changes? It could be the actuator is working but the internal door is broken. The #3 is on the driver's side. The other #3 is for the rear system.

When I turned the door by hand it got really hot, when I released it, it was still blowing warm air. Passenger still cool.

Can you turn the pivot fully to one side and then to the other? Also can you hear the air door hit its limits in both directions? check the air temperature again as well.
